Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers.
Shipping Costs

- Returns Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

You must clearly state your decision to cancel the order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase may be required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Damaged or Defective Items

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:

- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads (once accessed or downloaded)
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if opened
This does not affect your statutory rights under French and EU law.
